Making it easier to book your course
Before you proceed with your booking, make sure you have everything to hand to complete the process.
Step-by-Step
Making booking easy
To book your dog into a course we need to make sure that the specific course suits them, that they are fully vaccinated, and that we have your contact information to reach you with your course details. Before you book make sure you have a digital copy of your dog's vaccination cert to hand (a photo is fine). We cannot put through a booking without this record.
Note:
The group courses are not suitable for reactive dogs, dogs that bark, lunge and snap at other dogs or people. We have other options for these cases. If you book a Puppy Primer, Polite Puppy, or Adult Obedience course and your dog performs any of these behaviours you will forfeit your course fee so please get in touch before you book if you have any questions: info@thedogtreanor.com
When you press the "Book Now" button below you will be brought to our booking site. If you have not used our booking site before you will be asked to register. Once you have done that you will be able to book your course. You will need to fill in all details about your pet and contact details for yourself. Your vet is not necessary. For your vaccinations, you do not need to fill in details for each of the vaccinations, rather at the top beside "Vaccine Record" click the document icon to upload a photo/digital copy of your dog's vaccination record.
Once you have filled in your details and hit "Save" you will need to select which class to book. If you have any questions on which one is most suitable, please contact us first at info@thedogtreanor.com.
Your booking request will be sent to us and we will process it. If there are any issues we will get in touch, if not, we will send on the payment link for the course. Please note that the payment for your course must be in no later than 1 week before the class starts unless there are delays at our end that have delayed things.
This is a new system so there may be teething problems, please bear with us and get in touch if you have any difficulties at all.
